Almut Warttinger studied textile and surface design at art school Berlin-Weissensee, graduating with the highest grade. Awards include the Elsa-Neumann-Scholarship (2012), the Career Advancement Prize from the Wilhelm-Lorch Foundation (2012), and first place in the Innovation Award from the German Federation for Textiles and Fashion (2010).
