Isabel Pozo Montero is a Madrid/Barcelona-based freelance illustrator and pattern designer working under the name En el Bosque Encantado ("In the Enchanted Forest"). She has maintained an independent illustration practice since 2012, combining children's book illustration with kawaii-inflected surface pattern design for stationery, apparel, and homeware products. She holds a degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the Universitat de Barcelona.

Isabel's visual language is naïf and kawaii-influenced - colourful, warm, and character-led.
