Sister Sumac is a Pacific Northwest-based textile design studio creating prints exclusively with sustainably harvested natural colorants. Co-founded by Gwen and Chelsea - both with approximately a decade of prior professional experience in the footwear and apparel industries - the studio combines age-old natural dyeing techniques with professional digital production capability.

Selected pattern images (all six checked as patterns) suggest all-over surface prints developed through natural dye processes and handmade mark-making. The visual language is shaped by material properties of natural colorants rather than conventional digital print design, giving the work a distinct hand and authenticity.
