Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Ltd is a British luxury beauty brand founded in October 2013 by makeup artist and entrepreneur Charlotte Emma Bow Tilbury MBE (born 10 February 1973, Kensington). The brand launched at Selfridges, London, with a lineup of skincare and makeup products. Tilbury's signature product, Magic Cream, was formulated backstage during years of fashion show work (as show makeup director for Prada, McQueen, Cavalli, Lanvin, and Chloé). In June 2020, Spanish conglomerate Puig acquired a majority stake; Tilbury retained a significant minority stake and continues as chair, president, and chief creative officer, also serving on Puig's executive committee. Tilbury's net worth was estimated at £350 million as of March 2025.

The brand's aesthetic is unapologetically glamorous: champagne gold, Hollywood references, a "Magic" brand vocabulary, and a surface identity that reads luxury across both the product line and retail environment. Creative direction is Tilbury's own; she is founder, chair, president, and chief creative officer. The "makeup wardrobe" concept applies editorial fashion logic - curated looks, complementary product groupings - to beauty product surface presentation.
Tilbury built her following via her YouTube channel (launched October 2012, "CharlotteTilbury") and blog ("Charlotte's Beauty Secrets") before the brand's retail launch. The business is founded on the "makeup wardrobe" concept, in which individual products are marketed together as complementary looks. The Covent Garden flagship (branded "Beauty Boudoir") opened in November 2015; Tilbury personally trains all counter and store staff. The brand distributes internationally and through Sephora globally and MECCA in Australia and New Zealand.
In 2015, Tilbury produced a limited-edition collaboration with the estate of photographer Norman Parkinson, using his photographs on product packaging (selected by his grandsons). In 2024, Tilbury became the first female brand founder to sponsor the F1 Academy.
Brand awards since 2013 include: Walpole Emerging Luxury British Brand 2014; CEW Best British Brand 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019; Vogue Best Influencer Brand; and 300-plus global awards. Tilbury received the MBE in 2018 for services to the beauty and cosmetics industry. Special Recognition Award at The Fashion Awards, December 2023.
Puig holds a majority stake (from June 2020). Charlotte Tilbury distributes via charlottetilbury.com, the Covent Garden "Beauty Boudoir" flagship, and international retail partners including Sephora and MECCA (Australia and New Zealand). Part of the Puig portfolio alongside Carolina Herrera, Byredo, Rabanne, and Jean Paul Gaultier.
Charlotte Tilbury occupies the upper-premium and prestige beauty tier, competing at this level with NARS, Hourglass, and Laura Mercier in Sephora. Within the Puig portfolio, it sits alongside Carolina Herrera, Byredo, Rabanne, and Jean Paul Gaultier. The "makeup wardrobe" concept and Sephora/MECCA distribution give the brand both specialist beauty and department store reach internationally.
